Relive the spirit of the Old West in these rustic units. Intended to give you that camping experience, these primitive units are not heated, and you share the public shower and restrooms. You do get to sing songs around your private fire ring, and have access to the common BBQs.

Covered Wagons

Feel like one of the pioneers making their way out West. These authentic covered wagons are for those with the adventurous spirit. They are not heated, and you share the bathroom and shower facility. Enjoy an evening under the stars around your own campfire in this creekside unit.

  • From Bridgeport, head South on US Highway 395
  • Follow US Highway 395 for 5 miles
  • The restaurant and office are on the right side of the highway
  • Look for the blue building with the windmill out front
  • If you reach Highway 270 to Bodie, you have gone 1 mile too far
